What's good hip hop world! I hope things are going well on your end. As for me, things are going well, can't complain these days. With that said, as mentioned in a previous post on the blog, my time away from the blog over the last month is due to a good number of changes in my personal life (all good of course), however, I regret to inform you that after my next two posts (which will be mentioned towards the end), I'm moving on from the blog. Don't get me wrong, I had no problems continuing to have it up and running, but with my current schedule right now, I would only be confined to it a very limited time and if I can't keep the consistency going like normal, then it's time to move on, and I hope you understand that. My journey/goal/desire/dream to enter the music business in a behind the scenes capacity still remains as well as my passion for hip hop and its culture, so now it's definitely time for me to move on during this aforementioned journey. The two years I put into this blog was well worth the time and effort and I really appreciate each and every one of you for taking the time to read my work, as well as the feedback, whether it was on the blog itself, Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc. I'm very proud of what I accomplished in terms of presenting my thoughts and opinions to the world, plus I can confirm that this blog will still remain for historical purposes, even though there will be no additional updates after next month (also, if you want to link up with me in any form, you can contact me when you can). The final two posts will be retrospectives: the first covering Public Enemy's "Fear Of A Black Planet" (25th anniversary) and Mobb Deep's "The Infamous" (celebrating 20 years). Again, I just want to say thank you for your support these past two years. I'll always cherish this blog and trust me, my journey is not over!
